The towing capacity of your 2009 Ford F-250 will remain unchanged through the life of the vehicle in the eyes of the manufacturer no matter what components are added. The suspension enhancements that you are referring to will certainly help with your vehicle's ability to support the added weight but again will not increase it.
Please note that when using a set of airbags on a truck that is also pulling a 5th wheel trailer you need to be aware of where the brackets mount for each. If you are looking for a set of airbags that can be used with 5th wheel brackets then I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57398.
