The camper tie-downs that fit your 2018 Ram 3500 Crew Cab with factory trailer hitch and Bestop running boards, so long as you have an 8 foot bed, are TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLD2127 for the front and # TLD3109 for the rear tie-downs. I confirmed with TorkLift these tie-downs are the correct fit for your truck.

Since you have a dually you might need TorkLift Camper Anchor Relocation Kit # TLA7004. To determine if you need it you should measure from the front of camper slide in point to rear anchor point; if that measurement is less than 90 inches the kit is required.
