Recommended Pin Box to Replace Lippert 1116 for Added Cab Clearance

How much more will it give me in length? My problem is I have a short bed truck an my trailer is hitting my back window when turning thanks

The Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC176440 that you referenced will work well to provide a more comfortable ride but it won't help with the cab clearance issue you're having with your short bed truck. The dimensions on the pin box will be fairly similar to your existing Lippert 1116 pin box, which is what this is designed to replace.
If you have a Lippert 1116 model pin box the best solution for adding both the needed turning clearance and a more comfortable ride is with the Reese 5th Airborne Air Ride King Pin w/ Sidewinder and Turret # RP61412. The Sidewinder on this unit moves the pivot point 22 inches to the rear of your truck, allowing you to make sharp turns without issue. You will not have any trouble with the trailer hitting your cab window with this pin box in place. The fully enclosed air spring also serves to cushion and absorb road shock.
