There are many tandem axle equalizers that have additional shock absorption integrated. I've linked the page to all of the options we have which will be dependent on the axle weight capacity of your trailer. We have products from Dexter and Lippert Components which are both US based companies, but the manufacturing for these products is overseas to US specs.
We also have the Lippert Components Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade - Tandem Axle # LC1565391 which is a air ride system. This also is not made in the USA but is a significant upgrade for adjustable ride control.
