can it replace 19309 draw-tite ball? when i search for #19309 from draw-tite, its say on the bottom of the page that alternate are ready to ship, and i saw that ball, that cost the half of the drawtite one, so im asking if it can replace it for reel or not?

If you have a Hide-A-Goose Gooseneck Hitch on your truck then you will need to use the Draw-Tite Hitch Ball # 19309 that you referenced as a replacement.
The Curt Replacement Ball # C60616 that you also mentioned is designed for the Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Hitches and will not work on your Hide-A-Goose because it features a completely different locking design.
