Im looking at the D15660 engine oil cooler. Will it fit my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7l hemi engine?

Yes, the Derale Hyper-Cool Remote Engine Cooler Kit part # D15660 will fit your 2013 Ram 1500 with the 5.7L v8 engine. In order to install this oil cooler you will need to use the included adapter with the green paint marking. The Derale Hyper-Cool will do an excellent job of providing you with reduced engine oil temperatures.
