Will this kit help me connect my Fatcat rack to my Audi OEM bars? They are t-track very much like Thule Aero.

Yes, since the crossbars of your Audi OEM roof rack has t-channels on top of them the Replacement T-Slot Mounting Hardware # 8860085 will fit in them and will work with your Yakima Fatcat # Y03087.
