Under Bed 5th Wheel Rail Kit and AutoSlider Hitch Compatible with 2019 Ford F-350 Without OEM Pucks

Question:

Would this fit a 2019 f350 without the oem prep package? also can you attach a pullrite or Demco auto sliding hitch to it?

The Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches #30068 was discontinued and is only compatible with commercial 34 inch frames, so it won't fit your 2019 Ford F-350. I reached out to Reese and they don't currently have a model compatible with the 2017-2019 model trucks.

I do have an option for you that gives you the under bed rails and the automatic slider you are seeking, but you won't have the pucks like the factory option. I attached a photo to help you visualize this. You will use the Demco Underbed Rail and Installation Kit # DM8551009 and then either the 18,000 lb Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550022 or the 21,000 lb Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550037.

I also recommend using the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # 41157 to add a wiring connector for your trailer in an easily accessible and clean looking location in your bed.

The Underbed Rail Kit fits tightly against the truck bed and doesn't allow any space for the cap plugs to fit in. You'll have to use some other method of covering the holes when not using the hitch like a drop-in liner or similar. Because there isn't much clearance you will also have to raise the truck bed a few inches to get the bars in place.
