Hi there ! Does this product works with a bike that has a 12 mm x 100 mm front hub ? If not what kind of product / adapter should I use to make it work with Saris Item # SATRK34 ? Thank you !

I do have a solution for you, however the Saris Fork Mount Bike Carrier # SATR1BLK that you referenced is not compatible with a 12-mm x 10-mm thru-axle and there is not an adapter available that will fit it.
The best option for a similar carrier that will secure your bike is with the Swagman Impakt Bike Rack # S62FR. The Impakt block will bolt to just about any flat surface and the mentioned adapter will allow it to work perfectly with your bike.
