Expert Reply:
The Pacer Performance Hi-Five Truck Cab Light Kit - Chevy/GM - 3 Piece - Amber Bulbs - Amber Lens # PP20-240 are modeled after the 2002-2006 Chevy/GM factory roof lights, but are not exact replacements so drilling may be required. The wiring is also not a direct fit to the factory lights so you will need to check out the installation instructions for differences. It will offer a nice upgraded look for your 2001 Chevy Silverado.
If you don't need to replace your factory lights, you can simply use the Loctite RTV 598 High-Performance Silicone Gasket Maker - Black - 2.7-Fl Oz Tube # LT37467 to seal your existing lights.
