Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring that Doesn't Work with One Tow Vehicle

Question:
Hello could there be a ground problem if the trailer works well and All running the lights are on When connected to the ground of another truck. When I connect to my truck I am not getting lights to turn on. Would you suggest I put the hitch on the back of the truck ball with that help thanks

If the trailer works well with one vehicle but not the other the problem is the vehicle it's not working on. Typically this is corrosion on the pins of the connectors that causes this. Most likely it's on the ground pin that has the white wire ran to it.
