Question:
diaphragm? Pump is only putting out 11 pounds pressure. Is there an internal diaphragm that can be replaced? A rebuild kit verses pump replacement?

I reached out to my tech contact at Firestone and there are not any rebuild kits or diaphragm kits for their compressors. The pressure switch you asked from is one of the only replacement parts available and isn't the issue you are describing.
My contact said you will need to replace your compressor. I recommend the Firestone Standard Duty Air Compressor - 130 psi # F9284 which will work with your current switch.
