2013 Jeep Wrangler Turn Signals Stop Flashing When Being Flat Towed

Question:

Will this work in a 2013 Jeep Wrangler? I have a Cool tech harness and a Demco Air Force One system on a diesel pusher. When I am connected and manually apply the brakes in the Jeep, the pusher brake lights come on as well. When Im towing and I have the pusher turn signal on and then apply the brakes the turn signal stops flashing on both the pusher and the Jeep toad.

The Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass # RM76511 is not vehicle-specific so it can work on a Wrangler but I do not believe that would be the solution to your issue.

It sounds to me like you are in need of diodes; I looked up the harness you referred to and while it is similar to something like the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267, your harness did not seem to include diodes like the Roadmaster kit. What it sounds like is happening is there is electrical feedback occuring which is causing the turn signals to stop flashing so I recommend installing Roadmaster Hy-Power Diodes # RM-794 and I believe this will remedy your issue.

I have added a link to a video review of these diodes for you to check out as well.
