My 2001 Vision electric step needs to be replaced...its a one step model and wish to learn which one you have for me??

The Lippert Kwikee 28 Series Electric Step # LC3747452 that you referenced is a great single step option that is extremely popular as an OEM application and does a great job.
This step has mounting bracket dimensions of 24-1/4" wide x 5-7/8" tall x 8-9/16" deep so if your current mounting dimensions match up to this then you are good to go!
