We haven't yet had a chance to test fit the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket part # C18115-117 on a 2007 Toyota 4Runner Sport so I cannot confirm fit. However, as long as the crossbars do not exceed 3" wide x 1-5/8" tall and they are spaced between 22 and 50 inches apart on center then it will work for you.
With that being said, most factory aero crossbars are larger than 3" wide therefore I recommend taking a look at the Thule Roof Cargo Basket part # TH859XT-8591XT which can also accommodate a larger variety of crossbars spreads from 20" - 37". The Thule Roof Cargo Basket has a weight 150 lb capacity though you will be limited to the vehicle's roof weight capacity.
I have attached a review video for you as well.
