According to the online version of the owner's manual for your 2018 Audi Q5 snow chains must be Class S rated (for low clearance) and you should remove the wheel covers if the chains might possibly make contact with the wheels.

The best option for your 2018 Audi Q5 with the 235/55-19 size tires is Konig K-Summit XXL Chains # TH02230K66 because they fall into the Class S category and they include rim protection. These actually don't wrap around the back of the tire so there is zero chance that they can damage anything back there.

We do have the Konig Self-Tension, Low-Pro Snow Chains # TH04115250 which are a little more cost-effective but they do wrap around the backside of the tire so if there are any sensitive parts behind your tires there is a very minimal chance that contact can be made.
