For your 2018 Toyota Sequoia with either 275/55-20 or 275/65-18 tires I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - 1 Pair # TC2327 which are Class S chains for limited clearances. These tire chains have square links for better traction. They have integrated tensioners and I've attached video to assist with installation.
If you want the cable style chains instead of the links, I recommend the Titan Chain Diagonal Alloy Cable Snow Tire Chains - Light Truck - 1 Pair # TC751DC. These will come with the tensioner and will also fit both tire sizes. I've attached a video of this as well to assist.
