The Curt hitch # 13364 that you referenced is a confirmed fit on your 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and it appears on the linked page that displays all hitches made for your GC. These available hitches include two sizes, both the Class II 1-1/4-inch type like # 13364 and the Class III 2-inch like # e98854.

Currently (December 2018) for their hitch # 13364 Curt specifies 48-ft-lbs of torque for the 10mm fasteners and 86-ft-lbs for the 12mm fasteners. This could potentially change if they ever decided to make changes to the hitch design or if the auto maker made a change to the weld nuts installed in the vehicle frame.

All of the hitches we offer for your GC include the required hardware and detailed instructions that list the specific tools needed to install them, one of which is a torque wrench like # ALL944001 which is shown in the linked video. These instructions also indicate the various torque values needed for each of the fasteners.
