Would Tonneau Cover From 2009 Ford F-150 Fit 1999 Dodge Ram Short Bed

Whats the difference between a Ford 2009 150 cover and a 1999 Dodge truck tonner cover. well it work?

The sizing will be different and since the bed rails are slightly different dimensions the brackets that attach the cover to the truck bed will also be different. You would not be able to take a cover designed for either truck's bed and fit it to the other. The BAKFlip G2 part # BAK26201 that you referenced is a fit for a 1999 Dodge Ram 6-1/2 foot bed but not a newer Ford truck.
