For your 2018 Toyota Tundra I recommend the Curt Class V Receiver Hitch # C15398. This is the highest-rated hitch available for your Tundra and can indeed be used with a weight distribution system.
You are correct that some hitches aren't rated for use with WD systems so you were definitely right in wanting to be sure. This Class V hitch features a 16,000 pound towing weight capacity (17,000 when used with a WD system), a 2,400 pound tongue limit, and is made right here in the USA. It will install on your Tundra by using existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation.
I have attached an installation video and the written instructions that you can also use for reference.
