My 2018 Kia Soul has a panoramic sunroof and I need a roof rack, which should I get? I want to put a bike rack on the roof too.

For your 2018 Kia Soul with a panoramic sunroof the roof rack I recommend is the Thule Aeroblade Roof Rack part numbers # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145037 as this is the quietest roof rack available that installs easily and would work great to carry a bike rack.
For a bike rack the Thule ProRide part # TH598004 will fit the top channel of the Aeroblade bars and will give you a really nice bike rack that allows you to keep the front wheel installed.
