I have a full suspension Salsa Bucksaw with 4inch tires all Ive read says 3.5 inch limit there an adaptor for fat tires or is this just not the carrier? 2014 Toyota Camry

The Thule OutWay 2-Bike Platform Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # TH65JV is not compatible with your 4 inch wide fat tires. There is not currently an adapter to make it compatible.
Because your Salsa Bucksaw full suspension bike has a carbon fiber frame, I recommend adding a trailer hitch receiver like # 36540 and then adding a platform bike rack that mounts to the wheels. I've attached a video of the installation of the Draw-Tite trailer hitch to assist. Then for your bike rack, I recommend the Hollywood Racks TRS 2-Bike Platform Rack # HR3000. You can then add the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock # HRLHPTC for security.
