For your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 short bed, the air springs compatible with your B&W Gooseneck hitch are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57204 or the LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88204. Both of these options are confirmed to fit your short bed truck but they will require drilling because of your side frame brackets on your gooseneck hitch.
If you want the manual inflation valves, you don't need anything further. If you want to add an air compressor, I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25592. This will give you the adjustability from the comfort of your cab at any time.
