Will the design of this headache rack hinder the view of the bed camera?

The Westin HDX Headache Rack # 57-8033 that you referenced actually has a cutout for the 3rd brake light so it will not hinder the view of your bed camera on your 2018 Ram 3500.
I have attached a picture that highlights the opening in the headache rack.
