Hello there I am looking for extractor extractor fan for land cruiser ambulance or possible means/idea you can give which can be worktable on ambulance air extraction system. Waiting to hear from you soon.

The Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent # VP-543SP you referenced was actually designed for what you are looking for. It can move 100 CFM of air to the outside of a vehicle which would work well for what you mentioned wanting. You'd need to wire it to a 12 volt power source on a switch and you'd be set.
