I recommend the Curt hitch, part # C11480, for your 2018 Toyota Yaris. Curt requires a support strap, part # 18050, when using a cargo carrier or any other non-trailer load.
I've linked the install details of the hitch for you. It's a fairly straightforward process. You do need to remove some plastic rivets and trim off a plastic tab from the fascia.
