I have a 2019 Chevy 2500 HD Crew-cab Diesel Will the Bestop Motorized running boards work on this vehicle?

I do have a set of motorized running boards for your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD CrewCab Diesel but the Bestop PowerBoard NX Motorized Running Boards part # B7562315 will only fit models with the gas engine. Instead, you will want to take a look at the Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards part # AA3047902 which does fit models with the diesel engine.
The main difference between the PowerBoard and ActionTrac is the placement of the motor. The ActionTrac has the motor secured up inside the step so it is shielded from the elements whereas the PowerBoard has the motor secured outside of the step which means it is much more vulnerable to the elements. This is further exemplified by the lifetime warranty on the ActionTrac and three year warranty on the PowerBoard. The ActionTrac is also made in the USA.
