Yes, for your 2019 Kia Sportage with raised side rails I recommend using the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System which is composed of part # RRVA126B-2 and part # RRSX023. This system has aero shaped crossbars which will reduce both wind noise/resistance and it comes with locks for security.
