Does 2 inch Draw Tite Hitch for 2005 Honda Element Have Stopper or Back to Tube

Question:
I am curious how deep the receiver is on this particular hitch receiver. I plan to mount a bike rack that requires at least 3.25inch I made the mistake of installing a hitch with a stopper and want to avoid that again. Thanks!

What happened to you with the hitch that had the stopper is actually a pretty common occurrence. That stopper is in the hitch tubes of Class I hitches to prevent the use of heavier Class II accessories. Reason being that Class I hitches are lighter duty. The etrailer trailer hitch part # e78KR does not have a stopper so it would work well for you as long as your bike rack is designed for a 2 inch trailer hitch.
This would work great with the Yakima HoldUp EVO part # Y02479 that you referenced as well. You'd have no issues at all using this rack with the Draw Tite hitch.
