Although the Yakima Cargo Basket Spare Tire Carrier # Y07076 is designed for the specific bar size and spacing on Yakima carriers like their LoadWarrior # Y07070 and MegaWarrior # Y07080 this item can be made to fit on virtually any similar cargo basket.

The mounting clamps on each corner of the base plate (shown in the linked photo) can rotate and they accept tubing of various diameters. At the very most some baskets' bar spacing might mean you need to drill two new holes to reposition two of those clamps. This would not affect performance of the carrier in any way.
