On your 2009 Toyota Tacoma, provided that the bed rail thickness where the Extang CargoCleats Truck Bed Tie-Down Anchors, # EX1932, clamp to is 1/2 inch or less, they will fit. I have included a link to a video that shows a typical installation for you.
