Out of the cable chains that fit the 215/55-17 size tire on your 2014 Chevy Volt I recommend the Titan Chain part # TC335DC because it has a diagonal design which will give you better traction than a ladder version like part # PW1038. The recommended chains also include adjusters which ensure a snug fit.
