Will this lock the handle used to swing the tailgate open?

The Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock - Power - Black # PAL8600 will lock both handle function on the tailgate. It will lock the option to open the gate from the top down and the swing opening of the tailgate as well. This is a very popular item for the Ridgeline models as it does give you that peace of mind knowing your cargo is secure.
