Recommended Tire Load Rating for Truck Bed Camper

Question:
i have a f-350 crew long box diesel. i have a 3800 lb 10 ft pickup camper on it. Do i need F rated tires for the weight approx 12,000 lbs?

You will not use ST trailer tires or LT (Light Truck) tires for your truck. You will instead want to use passenger (P) tires. The load ratings for passenger tires like what should be used on your truck will be different than the ST (special trailer) tires load rating you were asking about. You will want to check with an automotive tire manufacturer or dealer to assist with your truck tires. You will most likely want passenger (P) tires with the load rating XL for the heavier load.
