We have the Camco RV Rain Gutter Spouts with Built-In Extensions - Slide On - Black - Qty 4 # CAM42452 or White # CAM42462. These are for use on short OEM spouts or RV's like yours with no gutters on the drip rail. The built in extensions will direct water 3 inches away from your 2018 Thor Ace.
These are intended to have you install by removing the current screw from the end of the drip rail and sliding the spout behind the rail then reinstalling the screw in the original location. Some people have modified it to only use sealant but I can't confirm that will work long term.
