Best manual crank for loading a 950 lb. mower onto a trailer?

For your manual crank winch to load your mower I recommend the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch - Worm Gear - Hex Drive - 2,000 lbs # DL11004 which will allow you to use a 5/8 inch socket with a drill attachment or the included socket-head handle. I recommend using the Hand Winch Strap with Safety Hook, 2" Wide x 20' Long - 4,000 lbs. # DL24242 with this winch.
If you prefer a sidewind option I recommend the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch w/ Automatic Brake # DL15721.
