The Access TonnoSport Soft Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A22010319 that you referenced is a confirmed fit on your 2004 Ford F-250 with the 6-3/4-foot bed. Thank you for your photo showing it installed.

Since this cover installs inside the truck's bed rails, rather than on top of them as some other covers do, this means that those rail tops can be available for installation of a ladder rack. When both a tonneau cover and a ladder rack mount in the same place they will be incompatible, but when they mount in different places sometimes both of these aftermarket items can be installed on the same truck.

The only option that will work for your truck is the Thule TracRac SR Sliding ladder rack system. This system will be best since it mounts on the tops of the rails, not between them where the Access cover is mounted.
