Question:
How many inches does this product typically lift a vehicle? How many do you get ? Is there any need to worry about alignment/steering parts due to the increase lift hit when installing on the friend end?

Unloaded the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1195 that you referenced won't add any additional height to the vehicle suspension. You get a pair of these when you order this part number which is enough for the the rear axle. This kit isn't designed for a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan though. Instead you'd want the Timbren kit part # TDVRRT which is a confirmed fit and would work well. It also would not add height to the suspension.
