Max trailer towing weight ratings can typically be found in an owner's manual. I wasn't able to find a digital copy online that I could access so I wasn't able to look it up but I can still help you determine your weight ratings if you don't currently have your owner's manual.
If you look in the driver's side door jamb you should see 2 weight ratings, Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) and Gross combined Weight Rating (GCWR). To determine the max trailer weight you can tow simply subtract your GVWR from your GCWR. The difference will be your max gooseneck weight rating.
I also have a recommendation for a trailer hitch if you don't already have one. The B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1000 is an American made gooseneck hitch that is known for its durability and ease of use. This features a square shank for the hitch ball which makes the whole system more secure. Since you have dual rear wheels you can use the Extended Latch Pin # BWGNXA1800 to make engaging/disengaging the latch pin much easier.
Adding another 7-Way in the bed of your pickup is easily achieved with the Hopkins # 41157 for connecting and disconnecting the wiring no your gooseneck.
