Question:
Hello , What does this ground wire do . I have seen a ground on a antenna before . I would like to install this on a smal camper trailer but not sure I can run this extra wire

Helpful Expert Reply:
The ground wire on the Jensen Antenna - Top or Side Mount - Rubber Mast # 44US01R simply will help with the signal by connecting the metal frame of the trailer to the antenna to reduce interference from other products. It is not required to use this antenna, but it will be a clearer signal if you can find a way to utilize it.
