We have some excellent options for your 2011 Honda CR-V that will allow you to carry both skis and snowboards. The majority of these options are first going to require that you have a roof rack installed.

For a roof rack, I recommend like the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack part # RRRVP15 because it has a sleek look and installs using fixed mounting points so you don't have to worry about door clips. It also has aero shaped cross bars which are less noisy.
