There are custom fifth wheel installation kits that fit your 2004 Ford F-350 dually but the Installation Kit # C16448-104 you referenced does NOT fit; this kit is only for 2005-2011 Ford Super Duty trucks.
Instead I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford F250 and F350 # C16443-204, which does fit your F-350, because the custom fit will lessen the amount of drilling and time it takes to install the brackets compared to universal installation kits.
If you are looking for a fifth wheel hitch for your '04 F-350 I strongly recommend the Curt A-Series because of its dual jaws which give you complete and secure contact with your fifth wheel trailer's king pin and handy indicator system which will let you know if the jaws on the hitch are ready to couple, uncouple or tow.
This hitch is available with either a 20,000 lb towing capacity, the Curt A20 # C16140, or a 25,000 lb towing capacity, the Curt A25 # C16180.
The color-coded system, which you can check out in the accompanying photo, makes the process of hooking up or disconnecting your trailer much simpler.
For trailer wiring to use with your fifth wheel, if your F-350 has the factory 7-way a great option is the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector # C56000 which is 10' long and includes zip-ties and self-tapping screws so you can install it in your truck bed.
I have added links to each of these products for you to take a look at.
