Question:
I have a battery powered electric blanket. It plugs into a cigarette lighter. What would I need to be able to connect the blanket directly into a 12v battery not the car battery and have it inside my camper when I am hunting?

A very simple solution would be the Battery Adapter - 12-Volt DC Cord to Battery, # RM-9332. Connect the battery terminal ends to the battery and plug in your electric blanket in the 12 volt end. Depending on where you will have a battery, the 3 foot cord may or may not be long enough.
For a more permanent solution you can mount the Hopkins 12-Volt Power Socket with Power Wire and Fuse Assembly, # HM55115. It comes with an extra 17 feet of wire to connect to a battery and includes an in line fuse. I have included a link to the installation details for this socket for you.
