The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2019 Honda Fit to carry a bike rack is the Curt # C11406 because it offers excellent bumper clearance, an easy installation and is made in the USA. The accompanying photo is one a customer sent in showing this hitch installed on their Honda Fit and carrying a bike rack.

This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver so please keep in mind you will need a Class I-rated bike rack. For that I highly recommend checking out the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 because it offers a superb combination of function and style.
