Question:
What trailer hitch do you recommend for my 2019 Honda Fit? I only need it to carry a bike rack. Do you have a recommendation for one with the hitch?

The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2019 Honda Fit to carry a bike rack is the Curt # C11406 because it offers excellent bumper clearance, an easy installation and is made in the USA. The accompanying photo is one a customer sent in showing this hitch installed on their Honda Fit and carrying a bike rack.
This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver so please keep in mind you will need a Class I-rated bike rack. For that I highly recommend checking out the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 because it offers a superb combination of function and style. The Sherpa 2.0 comes in your choice of colors: Black # SH12B, Pearl # SH12P, or Gray # SH12G.
This is a wheel-mount rack which uses ratcheting hooks to grasp your bikes by the front wheels, eliminating any frame contact with your bikes; it also has rear-wheel cradles with ratcheting straps to secure your bike's rear wheels.
The Sherpa 2.0 can be tilted down - even with the bikes loaded - with the press of a handy foot lever, and can also fold up for when the bikes are not being carried. It does not require any tools to install into your hitch as you'll only need to turn a knob to tighten the rack in the hitch; this also works as an anti-rattle device so you can get a quiet ride. Additionally, the Sherpa 2.0 comes with a hitch lock to secure the rack to your '19 Fit and a cable lock to secure your bikes to the rack, helping protect your investments.
This is a lightweight, 32 lb rack which has a weight capacity of 40 lbs per bike and fits bikes with tire widths up to 3", wheelbases up to 47" and wheels that are 25" to 29".
I have added links to video reviews of the Sherpa 2.0 as well as a link to a installation video of the Curt hitch being installed on a Honda Fit.
