What is it about this part that makes it so much more expensive than other 110-12 v converters? thanks

The Power Converter for Fan-Tastic Vent Endless Breeze Portable Box Fan # FV1101-09 is designed to work with the Fan-Tastic Vent Endless Breeze Portable Box Fan w/ Hanging Brackets # FV01100WH and is designed as an accessory for it. It has the exact power requirements that the fan needs. I wouldn't say it's anything above and beyond what a standard power converter offers though.
