Question:
If Tundra Wiring Harness #3040-P is the correct one for my 2012 Tundra with a Tekonsha brake controller......Do you make a longer harness so that I can install the controller in one of the open gaps in my console instead of sticking down near my knee with wiring running in front of the trim panel ? thanks

The Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Toyota and Lexus # 3040-P is a great option for Tekonsha brake controller wiring in the traditional location. However, because you desire the controller to be a part of your console, you'll just need to use some # 12-1-1 to extend the black, blue and white wires however long you need, and # DW07550-1 to extend the red wire. This wire is sold by the foot so make sure you adjust the quantity to however many feet you need of each. You'll also need some butt connectors # DW05745-5 and # DW05744-5.
To make the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR an easy install you'll also need # 331-TPH-017 which will allow Tekonsha harness to plug into the Redarc controller.
