For your 7K axles, you will want the Bearing Kit, 14125A/ 25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal # BK3-200 for each hub if you have the standard spindle. If you have the EZ Lube spindle with the grease zerk then you will want # BK3-210 to include the EZ Lube washer.
Then for brake assemblies the kit part # AKEBRK-7-SA that you referenced would fit and work well.
