Would the Malone sliding storage drawer MPG537 fit on a different steel kayak trailer? The trailer is a Highliner MBW8-14.

In theory, yes you could get the Sliding Storage Drawer # MPG537 to work on a different trailer, like your Highliner MBW8-14, but since it was made specifically for the Malone MegaSport Kayak Trailer # MPG535 you will have to do some modifications to your trailer.
I have attached the installation instructions for the storage drawer so that you can see the steps necessary to install the drawer. Please note that the included rollers are supposed to sit between 2 cross beams that are about 12" apart.
