Question:
2013 Ford F150 4x4 King Ranch It appears the CM11800 would be a good fit, however the OEM mirrors have puddle lamps in the bottom of the housing. With these lights, is the CM 11800 the best one to use?

The best custom towing mirrors for your 2013 Ford F-150 with puddle lamps are the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS81810 because these mirrors have cutouts that allow you to use those lamps. The accompanying photo is one that was sent in by a customer showing how the mirrors fit with puddle lamps (please note that these mirrors will not fit OEM extendable mirrors).
The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11800 are also a good fit for your 2013 F-150 like you said, but if you want to retain the use of your puddle lamps the best option will be the K-Source.
I've added a link to a video review of the K-Source on a '13 F-150 for you to check out as well.
