Question:
Hello, I was wondering if these are the correct rails for my 2014 Nissan Xterra Pro4X? Also, is the rating of the rails a total of 150lbs combined or 150lbs per rail? I want to mount a roof top tent onto my xterra that weighs 135lbs.

Yes, the Thule raised rail Kit parts # TH712100 and # TH710401 is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Nissan Xterra Pro4X. This system actually has a 165 lb weight capacity total (not per bar) which will be the highest weight capacity we can offer you at this time. It will work well for your rooftop tent. I also recommend using locks # TH450400 to secure your investment. I have attached a sample install video for you as well.
Don't forget to check out our rooftop tent selection which I have also attached.
